Breaded Pork Chop with Teriyaki Sauce



Ingredients:

1/2 kg. thinly sliced pork loin or pork cutlets
1/2 cup maggi oyster sauce
1 8g maggi magic sarap
salt to taste
4 eggs,beaten
 japanese breadcrumbs
oil for deep frying


 Teriyaki Sauce- combine

1/2 cup maggi oyster sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 cup hot water
1 tsp maggi magic sarap
2 tbsp brown sugar



Procedure:

Marinate pork on maggi oyster sauce,maggi magic sarap for at least 15 mins.
Dip marinated pork on beaten egg then dredge with japanese breadcrumbs. Repeat procedure to make sure that pork is completely coated with the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil. Fry coated pork cutlets for at least 5 mins. on each side or until golden brown in color.
Transfer on a plate covered with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve with tonkatsu sauce on the side.
